Guest Policy

Members are allowed to bring up to 6 guests per visit. In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of other members, please adhere to the limit . 

If requesting to bring a larger group, during regular pool hours, you must notify the guards at least 24 hours in advance. Groups larger than 6 will only be permitted if there is no conflict with other events.

When bringing large groups of children the following supervison ratios apply:

• Adults to children 12 & under must be at least 1:5
• Adults to children 13-18 must be at least 1:10.

Your guests must be signed in under your name as per our sign-in policy.  Adult members will take responsibility for guests following the BPHA and Public Health Rules, Policies and Code of Conduct, even if the guest has been signed in by a child.
