2026 Registration Opens March 1st

We are no longer accepting Associate Membership as we have reached the maximum allowed in our bylaws. Thank you for your interest.
2026 membership rates:
Local Members: $550 for annual membership. (Local membership is available to those who live within our local boundaries. For boundary lines, please click here.)
Associate Members: $650 for annual membership. Please note, BPHA offers a limited number of Associate memberships, and we give our Associate members from the previous year priority to renew. We begin accepting new Associate members on a first come, first serve basis from the current waitlist if spots become available. To inquire about membership and joining the waitlist, contact membership.bpha@gmail.com.
Annual fees are per household
Our insurance requires us to include a waiver as part of the application process. By applying, you are indicating that you have read and understood the waiver. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this process.
How to Apply:
To apply for membership, please submit the following:
- A completed online Registration form OR a completed printable Registration form
- A cheque made payable to Beechwood Park Homes Association Inc. OR an e-transfer to bphabookkeeper@gmail.com

Local membership is granted upon receiving the completed application form and cheque/e-transfer. Local Residents new to the neighbourhood in 2026 are welcome to apply anytime throughout the year.
