Available Positions

Reports to: Pool Director

As a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard, you’ll help keep our pool safe, teach swimming lessons (Learn-to-Swim and Leadership levels), and support BPHA programs and community events.

Required Certifications:

• National Lifeguard

• Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor (LSS)

• Standard First Aid with CPR-C

Assets:

• Lifesaving Society Instructor (LSI) or Examiner

• Previous experience lifeguarding and/or instructing

• Previous experience working with children

• Aquafit certification

• Tennis experience

Program Leader

Reports to: Program Director

As a Program Leader, you’ll help plan and deliver exciting children’s programs, including Day Camp, P.D. Day Camp, P.J. Parties, and special events.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of age

• Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C

Assets:

• Experience working with children

• Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard Certification

• Past volunteer experience with the BPHA camp 

Tennis Staff (Instructors & Assistants)

Reports to: Tennis Director

Assets:

• Previous coaching experience

• Coaching certification
